Job Description:

The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role’s primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.

Required Skills:

  • 8 Yrs of (at least 2 years) Development experience with PeopleTools

  • 8 Yrs of (at least 2 years) Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher

  • 8 Yrs of (at least 2 years) Experience with an advanced Oracle database

  • 8 Yrs of Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.

  • 8 Yrs of (at least 2 years) Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations

Preferred Skills:

  • 4 Yrs of Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

  • 2 Yrs of Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials

  • 2 Yrs of Experience with Jira

  • 1 Yr of Experience working with the Scrum framework
