Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Data Analyst with experience in business and data analysis, including leading JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and analytical findings. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills with the ability to develop and execute complex queries and joins, perform data quality analysis, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support data-driven decision-making is required.

Required Skills:

  • 8 Yrs of Experience in IT, supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement (requirements through implementation).

  • 8 Yrs of Experience in business analysis and data analysis.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience analyzing data quality.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience designing dashboards, including measures and KPIs.

Preferred Skills:

  • 4 Yrs of Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
