Job Description:

A successful candidate will have the ability to organize a diverse team of technical and soft skilled talent, conduct meetings with stakeholders, establish effective communications, maintain a high degree of project transparency, and accurately report program status throughout its life cycle.

Required Skills:

  • 8 Yrs of progressive IT project management experience. Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • 6 Yrs of Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations.

  • 6 Yrs of Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and end users. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross functional teams.

  • 6 Yrs of Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard workflow tools.

  • 6 Yrs of Qualifications : PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications. Experience with Texas state agencies. Prior experience supporting statewide IT. Experience organizing logistics for deployments exceeding 800+ devices.
