Job Description:

This role will be accountable for leading quality assurance activities within numerous scrum teams and working close with IT service management process owners such as change managers.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, requirements gathering, business analytics, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions.

Technical Platform Experience
Java, Angular, Spring Boot:
Deep understanding of how business logic is implemented in monolithic Java-based applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Oracle Database:
Experience writing and validating SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
Understanding of relational data models and data mapping for reporting and integration.

MuleSoft Enterprise Service Bus (ESB):
Familiarity with API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
Experience working with service contracts, message flows, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 Yrs of Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for large-scale custom-developed applications

  • 8 Yrs of Strong background in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.

  • 8 Yrs of Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and user stories.

  • 8 Yrs of Experience in leading UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging.

  • 8 Yrs of Skilled in change management, impact analysis, and business process reengineering.
