Contract to Hire

Houston,Tx - Hybrid

We are looking for process engineers with 10+ years of experience. Would be a ~6 month contract with option to convert to full time based on performance. Experience specifically in FEED and detailed engineering predominantly doing P&ID development.

Job Description:

What You’ll Bring 

• Support equipment procurement and engineering

• Build heat and material balances for integrated mineral refineries  

• Build hydraulic models and develop P&IDs for mineral refineries 

• Identify, evaluate, and implement engineering solutions to optimize process and reactor designs, confirming functionality and performance under various operating conditions 

What You’ll Bring 

• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and demonstrated ability to leverage the understanding to solve challenging problems  

• Experience with equipment engineering and design. Including but not limited to: 

• Brownfield equipment modifications and upgrades 

• Greenfield equipment design 

• Evaluation and optimization of operating equipment 

• Experience with the following industries and/or production environments: 

• Industrial manufacturing 

• Large-scale mining or mineral processing 

• Large-scale chemical production processes 

• Engineering, procurement, and construction firms
