Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installing network hardware, components, and cabling.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the network.
Ability to rack and stack networking hardware within onsite and off-site racks in accordance with requirements.
Ability to provide technical support through various means of communication.
Collaborate easily with business unit and project managers.
Assisting operations team in the form of network design, implementation, and problem resolution.
Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations.
After hour support and any other ad hoc duties.
Optimize stability, availability, reliability, and performance of networking infrastructure.
Conduct and make recommendations on LAN & WAN resource, performance, and capacity planning.
Required Skills:
8 Yrs of Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of the current network
8 Yrs of Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP
8 Yrs of Wireless Design, Configuration
4 Yrs of Experience in VoIP engineering or telecommunications
4 Yrs of Proficient experience with SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols
4 Yrs of Experience with VoIP platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, etc
4 Yrs of Understanding how to analyze and optimize voice quality metrics
2 Yrs of Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, NAT, and QoS principles
Preferred Skills:
5 Yrs of Advanced knowledge of EIGRP, STP, BGP, VPC, mLACP, MLag,VRF,IPv4 subnetting, VSS, IGMP, PIM, Anycast-RP, MSDP, 802.1x, EAP-TLS, PEAP-MSCHAPv2, TACACS+, SYSLOG, Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, Cisco EVPN
2 Yrs of Working Knowledge of Cisco DNA Center
Strong sense of responsibility and be driven to finish mission
Experience managing complex technical projects with minimal guidance
2 Yrs of Experience with cloud-based VoIP solutions and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
4 Yrs of Working experiences related to VoIP, including encryption and firewall configurations
4 Yrs of Expertise in VoIP technologies, including but not limited to SIP, H.323, and VoLTE
4 Yrs of Experience with network monitoring tools and VoIP performance analyzers
4 Yrs of Knowledge of telephony hardware, such as IP phones and gateways
4 Yrs of Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associated (CCNA-Collaboration and/or Enterprise) or similar
