Job Description:

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Full Stack Developers (Angular/Java) will be Responsible for building modern, scalable, cloud-native applications by refactoring legacy systems into microservices, developing responsive frontends, and delivering secure and observable backend services.

Required Skills:

  • 8 Yrs of Minimum 7 years of full software development lifecycle experience

  • 8 Yrs of Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks ( Angular, TypeScript)

  • 8 Yrs of Strong Java backend development experience Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

  • 8 Yrs of Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design

  • 8 Yrs of Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • 8 Yrs of Experience deploying applications in cloud-native or serverless environments

  • 8 Yrs of Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns

  • 8 Yrs of Experience integrating DevSecOps practices into development workflows

  • 8 Yrs of Experience in using AI tools for development like github , claude code etc

Preferred Skills:

  • 4 Yrs of Experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices

  • 4 Yrs of Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, Prometheus)

  • 4 Yrs of Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery

  • 4 Yrs of Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation

  • 4 Yrs of Active participation in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews
