IAM BUSINESS ANALYST, AUSTIN (ONSITE)

Job Description:
The workers responsibilities and skills must include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
Support the implementation of SailPoint Identity Governance and Ping Access Management platforms.
Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to support IAM initiatives.
Facilitate meetings between business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
Assist in the development of training materials, user guides, and change management communications.
Analyze access data and generate reports to support compliance, audit readiness, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IAM operations.Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a creative thinker to solve issues.
Required Skills:
7 Yrs of Experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or cybersecurity environments.
7 Yrs of Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, Okta, or similar tools.
7 Yrs of Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.
7 Yrs of Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques
7 Yrs of Skilled in creating and presenting executive level project communications.
7 Yrs of Skilled in gathering requirements from business divisions.
7 Yrs of Skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes.
7 Yrs of Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff
7 Yrs of Skilled in facilitating group meetings with internal and external resources.
7 Yrs of Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop the Technical Specification and other documents need in support of the solution.
7 Yrs of Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
Preferred Skills:
4 Yrs of Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies
4 Yrs of Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other security frameworks
4 Yrs of Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or IAM-related certifications.
