IAM SECURITY ADMIN , AUSTIN (ONSITE)

Job Description:
The workers responsibilities and skills must include:
Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms, including configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.
Implement and manage identity governance policies, access certifications, and role-based access controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard applications and services into the IAM ecosystem.
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing access reports and documentation.
Assist in the development and enforcement of IAM standards, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to identity and access
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a creative thinker to solve issues.
Required Skills:
7 Yrs of Experience in identity and access management
4 Yrs of Hands-on experience administering SailPoint and/or Ping Identity solutions.
7 Yrs of Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
7 Yrs of Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IAM requirements.
7 Yrs of Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management.
7 Yrs of Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM platform issues.
7 Yrs of Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards.
7 Yrs of Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop documents need in support of the solution.
5 Yrs of Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
Preferred Skills:
4 Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies
4 Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer and/or Ping Identity Certified Professional.
4 Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other security frameworks.
