Job Description:
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians
Required Skills:
5 Yrs of Experience providing end-user support
5 Yrs of Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
5 Yrs of Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
5 Yrs of Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
4 Yrs of Experience providing “white-glove” executive level support
4 Yrs of Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Preferred Skills:
5 Yrs of Experience creating technical knowledge articles
5 Yrs of Working in a multi-vendor environment for support environment
4 Yrs of Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
