Required Skills:
8 Yrs of Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems
8 Yrs of Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.2
8 Yrs of Implementing or upgrading the payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM
8 Yrs of Functional experience conducting fit/gap sessions, detailed deliverable documentation, documenting change requests, and working with the technical team to verify code changes are to specification
4 Yrs of Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities
4 Yrs of Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels
4 Yrs of Strong technical writing skills
Preferred Skills:
2 Yrs of Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft HR system
(CAPPS)
2 Yrs of Implementing/upgrading/maintaining the CAPPS system provided by CPA
