Job Description:

Support current projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation. Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model. 

Required Skills:

  • 4 Yrs of Experience in the field or related field as a senior level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology)

  • 4 Yrs of Experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices

Preferred Skills:

  • 1 Yr of Experience understanding and documentation of use cases.

  • 1 Yr of Experience process documentation mapping
